Tom Black - Chairman of the Board

Tom originally purchased Tecniflex in 1999 and then Bancsource in 2004 and merged the two companies to form what is today the largest national independent service organization in the financial services industry. Tom also currently serves as Chairman of Transaction Tracking Technologies based in Nashville, TN. Prior to Bancsource, Tom started Private Business, Inc. which became the leading provider of accounts receivable programs for financial institutions and took that company public in 1999. Tom has served as national sales manager for Windsor Publishing and CUC International's BCI group. Tom currently owns and operates the Tom Black Center for Excellence, is a partner in several nationally recognized restaurants and is one of the largest wine collectors in the country. Tom received his Bachelors Degree from Missouri State University. 

Walt Wasyliw - President & CEO

Walt has been with Bancsource for over 10 years and brings over 25 years of experience working with financial institutions including managing relationships with 47 of the 50 largest U.S. banks. Prior to joining Bancsource, Walt served as Executive Vice President of FISI-Madison Financial, a subsidiary of Cendant Corporation. Walt received Bachelor Degrees in Economics and Political Science from Northwestern University.

Marc Mills, CPA - Chief Financial Officer

Before joining Bancsource in July 2008, Marc served as CFO and Vice President of Finance for Jakel, Inc, Corporate Controller for Noble Communications, and Vice President of Finance for Lowe Boats, Inc. He also worked as an auditor for Arthur Anderson. Marc received his Bachelors of Science in Accounting from John Brown University.

Sonny Shannon - Executive Vice President and National Service Manager

Sonny joined Bancsource in 2002 and is responsible for all service and operations. Prior to joining Bancsource, Sonny held service management roles at SSMG, Radiant Systems, GE Capital, Vanstar and Memorex. Sonny has his Bachelors Degree in Business Management from LeTourneau University.

Ron Bartley - Executive Vice President and National Sales Executive

Ron has been with Bancsource for over 15 years and oversees the largest accounts. Ron has extensive experience in the banking industry with over 15 years of experience as a lending officer, bank president and board member. Ron received his Bachelors Degree from Texas Tech University, his Master's Degree from the University of Texas and attended the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking.

Jay Patterson - Vice President of Logistics and Purchasing

Jay started with Bancsource in 2000. Jay is responsible for logistic planning, parts purchasing and technical support services for our staff of over 200 Field Engineers. Prior to joining Bancsource, Jay served in various service management roles with Diebold, Maginovision and the United States Navy Submarine Force.

Dan Bonano - Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Dan joined Bancsource in 2010 and is responsible for all marketing and managing the community bank sales team. Prior to joining Bancsource, Dan had over 20 years experience in both sales and sales management with FISI-Madison Financial, Promontory Interfinancial and Econocheck. Dan received his Bachelors Degree from Truman State University.
